InvarLock Inc. operates this website. Here is what we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, and how you can ask about your information.
Information you share
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message, and any company or workflow details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, understand your needs and continue the discussion. Please do not send confidential model data, credentials or private keys.
Optional visit information
Your browser temporarily keeps limited visit context: the type of page you arrived on, visits to the evidence or pilot page, and campaign labels from the link you followed. This feature does not use a visitor identifier or track you across sites.
We receive this context with your inquiry only if you select “Include visit source with my inquiry.” It helps us understand how people find InvarLock. Leave the box unchecked to send your message without it. The browser normally clears this context when the tab closes, although restoring tabs may preserve it.
Running the site
We use IP addresses to limit contact-form abuse. Documentation search runs in your browser; search terms are not sent to a search service. Your documentation theme and chosen pilot budget currency are saved in your browser. Our hosting provider's approximate country information helps suggest a budget currency; you can change it at any time. This feature does not request access to your device's precise location.
We use service providers for website hosting, inquiry storage and email delivery. They process information needed to provide those services and may retain request or delivery logs.
Retention and your choices
Our retention policy calls for deleting closed or unanswered inquiries within 12 months of the last substantive exchange, or the submission date if there was no reply. Active discussions are reviewed regularly. Information needed for a customer engagement or a legal obligation may be kept longer.
Deletion is handled through review rather than automatic expiry. Copies in service-provider logs or backups may remain for longer. You can also request deletion before the end of the retention period.
To request access, a correction or deletion, or to ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. Include the email address you used and the approximate date of your inquiry. We may need to confirm your identity before handling the request.
